Coaching

Hello
I’m Jo. I’m a solutions-focused coach, specialising in executive coaching.

I believe that each and everyone one of us has the power to create the life and the career we really want – so long as we have the space to really discover what that is, and the right support to go about getting it.

And I'm here to help you do it.
My Story
Over the years, I've changed professions, and I’ve changed countries, and, of course, I've changed jobs.

I’ve spent many years working as a journalist, largely at The Times. Then I moved into digital marketing, consulting for Blue Chip companies, such as Tesco and British Airways.

I’ve looked for new jobs after mat leave and redundancy. And I know what it's like to have to change careers due to advancing tech.

l've also thought hard about the meaning that I want to create through my professional life.

Coaching helped me work through many of these challenges. It changed my life.

What's meaningful in my life is helping others to achieve their potential. To understand what is holding them back, and what to do about it. To help you change your life.

Whatever is making you feel stuck in life, I’m here to help you find the tools you need to move forward.
My approach
I believe each and every one of us has the innate ability to improve our own lives – just sometimes we need help to reveal the best ways to do it.

Which is where I come in.
I'll work with you to understand what's really important to you, where you want to be, and what's getting in your way.

With this in place, we'll work together to establish practical next steps to get you on your way – and create a happier, more fulfilling career, and life.

How does it work?
Four steps to coaching
01
Having a chat
Get in touch for a no-strings chat about what coaching might be able to achieve for you and your business.
This is the stage where I'll fully talk you through how the coaching process works.
03
Setting expectations
If you have a sponsor, we'll set up a three-way meeting between us to agree areas of development.
We'll discuss goals, timeframes, and measures of success, so we're all clear on what progress looks like.
02
Checking for fit
Successful coaching is only possible with an open and honest dialogue, based on trust.
We'll have a virtual chemistry meeting, to discuss more about what you're looking to achieve and how we might work together.
04
Getting started
Our coaching begins with a 1-2 hour session. Generally these take place every 2-4 weeks and can run for as long as you think you need – from three months to over a year.

All of my coaching is online, to allow for flexibility around your location and schedule.
